Sheltering Your Money from Your Ex-Spouse

Asking for a friend. The names have been changed to protect the victims.

Bill and Hillary have been married for 15 years, they have a little girl named Chelsea they raised together. One day Bill was caught cheating on Hillary with a girl named Monica in his office. Hillary was so angry she filed for divorce and half of Bill’s wealth. Now Bill has to pay child support and alimony to Hillary every month.

Bill and his friends George Jr. and Dick, decided to get into real estate, they want to buy condos in Washington DC and Texas. Bill is scared that Hillary will find out and chase him for his rental income. Bill tried asking his friend Jeff for legal help but for some odd reason Jeff passed away due to unexplainable causes. So Bill asked me for help. Should Bill just be honest with Hillary and bite the bullet or is there another way?

Thanks for the help, this situation is pretty messy.

Bill should be honest with Hillary because she's the mother of his child. Hiding money like a lover's soiled blue dress would be dishonest. Bill made some bad choices and bad choices bring consequences. It hurts worse than a knotted prison sheet around the neck of his suicidal friend, Jeff, but them's the breaks. It's only a matter of time before Linda finds out and starts telling everyone.
