Hello,

If I have current rental contract and I want a property manager to manage my property and use there rental contract do they have to use my rental contract and just manage my property until my contract expires and then the property manager company can use the rental contract

Also, if I buy rental property do I have to use the seller rental contract until expires to then use my rental contract?

Thanks,

@Horacio Gutierrez
