1031 exchange on duplex partnership
Hello,
If you a duplex with a partner and both decide to sell doing a 1031 exchange. Does both partner have to buy a property together for a 1031 to take effect or can each one buy there own rental property and end the partnership and still not pay capital gains with a 1031?
