First eviction notice.
Hello all,
We have a renter that hasn't paid rent all month and it was due on the 1st. So we have already given her a late payment reminder on the 15th and now we just posted her eviction notice today stated she has three days to pay up or get out. This is our first eviction so we are still a little uneasy about this process. Any advice??
