Investment Properties in Cape Coral

Hello everyone!!! 

I have been interested in Duplex homes and have seen a few in Cape Coral, but I am not from that area and dont know the market. Anyone that knows this area well that can advice...  is it a good area to invest or what are the rental prices? I have also heard allot about the assesments in Cape Coral so looking to know more about that too.
