Hi All, Wondering since the fed cut interest rates, what the refi rates are now? I know I'm inspired to refi! Looking for 30yr fixed 55% LTV on free and clear SFH detached rental deeded to my LLC... which is a challenge in Texas. Please pm me for more personal info, or let me know if you have any recommendations?

@Keith A. No conventional lender will be doing this since it's in LLC.
