Refinancing for Rentals?
I am thinking we may get a better rate to refi some rentals in KS and MO, but not all the banks are investor-friendly. Could you please recommend investor-friendly brokerage or bank? THX

@Jane A., While I can't speak to the areas you mentioned specifically; however, I can talk about contacting these financial institutions to figure out who is offering what. As you may know, smaller banks like credit unions and such, are probably going to be your best option. I also have a spreadsheet full of questions to ask potential lenders that I made and have used in the past. If you would like, I can send it to you? Just send me a PM. I wish you the best of luck!
