Dorms per semester at OU is around $10k. $850 per month is $10,200 a year, but it includes everything (utilities and services, such as wifi, tv, kitchenware, and the room is fully furnished). Studios and 1 bedroom apartments around Norman rent as little as $800-$900. So I was thinking if I should keep or lower.
