Property management recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just bought my first small duplex and my lender is requiring I use a property management company because it is my first deal. This duplex is turn key in Covington, GA and currently has one side rented out. I budgeted 10% for property management. But all the ones I have called have a tenant placement fee of a full months rent. Some also have a yearly fee.

Can anyone recommend a property management company that would help with a duplex in Covington within my budget.

Check out the national association of residential property managers website for Georgia. There are a lot of great, experienced managers that will charge less than a full months rent for full management accounts
