Tenant is asking me if his brother could stay 2 months in apartment. Per lease only named tenants can stay. I don't mind if its only for 2 months as they pay own utilities. What I'm afraid that it can be over 2 months and he might bring other family members with him. Tenant was late a week paying a rent this moth because of financial difficulties and I'm guessing this way he could share rent expenses. What is your opinion on this?
