Investing into a rental from another state
Hello everyone,
I’ve been looking at Tennessee, Arizona & Georgia to buy a 40-50,000 dollar rental property to invest in. What would be the proper steps to take to do so? Buy from owner/realtor then hire a property manager?
Thanks in advanced!

$40-50,000 is going to get you a super-sketchy rental property. That will come with higher risk. My guess is you may want to study up on rental properties a little more before you move on something. If you aren't sure how to buy one, I have a feeling you don't know how to analyze them either. There's a lot of terrible properties out there.
