Small condo on auction
I am going to a sheriff auction for the first time to attempt to purchase a 1 BR condo.
They are small but create cash flow.
@ 17k or less at market value.
I have the cash but want to take out a personal loan or business loan to help build my business credit.
I do not like using liquid cash I prefer credit.
Any suggestions for other investors that have purchased at auctions ?
