3 day notice for not paying rent
Hello,
After the 3 days notice to not pay the rent on time do I have still give 30 day notice to evict them or after 3 day notice I just go the court to file claim no need for another notice?

@Horacio Gutierrez In California, after the 3 Day Pay or Quit Notice, if the tenant doesn't pay you can proceed right to filing for eviction (Unlawful Detainer). There is no need for a 30 day notice.
