Airbnb/Short term rental in Fort Lauderdale

I am long time landlord who have been transitioning to airbnb or short term rental on my rental properties located in the  Fort Lauderdale area. Is anyone else doing that?. Its more work, but also much more rewarding. I have automated much of the process now.
