In need for reliable PM in Indy

Hello BP community,

I am looking for PM recommendations in Indianapolis. I have been with Brick Lane / HomeRiver for the past 2 years and they have been ok for the most part but something has changed lately and I am having a hard time getting them to do what PM's should be doing. One of my houses became vacant on Apr 1, which was planned and everyone knew it, and the tenants left it in a pretty decent condition. Inspection report revealed only a few cosmetic type of turn over issues but PM is taking forever to do anything about it. It takes weeks to respond to my emails. So, over a month later, they have not done anything with the property. I am looking at 2 months missed rent at minimum, w/o any good reason for it.

thanks everyone!
