Newbie property manager interview questions

Do you have any tips or suggestions on interviewing property managers for class C single family units and row homes and Baltimore City? It is very exciting Lonnie sub markets through the lens of property managers but I want to make sure I'm asking the right questions and I don't know what I don't know thanks in advance for any advice!
