5 bedroom rental property

Hey all,

I am thinking about buying a 5 bedroom 3 bath (2 full) in Sacramento CA. I will buy it well below market price and it does require some rehab. My question is are 5 bedroom houses harder to rent out than 3/4?

They aren’t harder to rent out, they’re actually easier.  Tenants just tend to be harder on them as they tend to have more youths/children. you’re also by default going to have more people living there. More wear and tear on common areas.
