Purchased 1st Rental Prop. In Indiana - Choosing Property Man.?

I am a new investor located in Utah.  A few weeks ago I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and naturally found my way to BiggerPockets.  I have been working hard and just purchased my first rental property in Indiana.  Closed yesterday and am currently looking for a quality property management company.  How can I find a quality company?  Any suggestions on what to look for or specific questions to ask in order to avoid working with the wrong company?

Ah no knowledge to share for that market. If you ever expand to NWI, reach out! Best of luck.
