Timeshare for rental
I have a friend who wants to start investing in properties. He has a time share that I believe is paid for however, he still has to pay a maintenance fee that every year. I suggested that maybe he can rent it out but he wants to get rid of it. Any suggestions on getting rid of it or if he chooses to rent it out are there any laws or rules that would prevent him from renting out to people.
