SFR with inground Pool
I purchased a foreclosure that I am in the process of rehabbing. The house has an inground pool that doesn’t look like it is in bad condition. I won’t get the answer until the weather breaks. The question is should I consider renting this property with a pool or are there too much headaches and I should just flip it? Anyone have a rental with a pool?
I like the rental potential. Should have a decent cash flow.
