St. Louis Property Managers that aren't terrible
Does anyone have recommendations for a good property manager in St. Louis city? I have properties in Tower Grove South and having a very hard time finding a good manager. I have wanted to purchase more but am having such a hard time finding decent management I can't bite off anymore until the management is sorted out. I need someone organized, who answers emails, keeps it rented, get's it rented when needed, and can handle the day to day so I'm not having to manage the manager constantly. Added bonus would be someone who doesn't charge an arm and a leg. (P.S. apologies if this was recently posted, I searched but couldn't find anything recent).
