Snow Bird Rentals advise
Good Morning to all! I currently own a beachside townhome in Florida and looking to rent seasonally(Oct-March). Unfortunately the rental restrictions only allow for 6 months rentals(been researching and looks as if there are work arounds). That being said I am looking to potentially target the snowbird population and was wondering if anyone had any experience working with. Are there any specific platforms that target this specific group? I was considering Airbnb, craigslist and/or https://www.floridasnowbird.com. Would welcome any feedback, advice.
