Insurance Company's / single family homes

Hello Everybody,

Anybody ever run into a problem getting a rental/landlord insurance policy for a single family home based on who

the tenants are?

State Farm cancelled my policy because the tenants are a handicap. I lease the property to Quest home care and they operate a state licensed adult care home. They carry their own liability policy and have licensed care givers there 24 /7.

Any feed back would be helpful
