We are looking to buy our first investment property in

Little Rock, AR ? Is this a good place to target for and what are the pros and cons of this market ?

@Shubhashini Shivaprasad its a good cash flow market, less of an appreciation market. 

what are you looking to buy, single family, multi family or commercial real estate?

There are areas that I wouldn't buy in Little Rock, especially if you are out of area.

@Dan Johnson you can do much better then 1%, if you buy bellow that and buy in C-B type locations you are paying to much...
