Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

I am planning on renting out my property (3 bed 2.5 bath home) in Federal Way, WA (greater Seattle area) and wondered if anyone in the community had any Rental Application and Lease Agreement templates that are compliant with WA state and Seattle area law that they could share with me? Thanks for the help and guidance in advance.
