Looking into running some move-in specials
I've seen post on here previously regarding Move-in Specials. I do not manage a single complex. All of my properties are single family homes ranging in price and I'm finding it difficult to set a standard for a move-in special considering the vast spectrum of homes we represent. Anyone have any ideas on what kind of special I could offer. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
