Is a Firepit a Bad Idea?
My wife and I are moving into a quad house hack in a few weeks. The place has an amazing back yard surrounded by a tree line.
We want to build a fire pit so that we can host people and burn the excessive amounts of firewood on our property.
Should I be worried about my tenants using the firepit and something going wrong? I would love advice on if this is a bad idea, if I should institute ground rules, or if I need to have people sign an additional form to use it. Any thoughts are appreciated!
