Book Recommendation for Buying Apartment Complex

Hello! Getting ready to close on my second rental property and I'm hooked! I feel like I am starting to get the hang of this and I am looking to educate myself more on buying an apartment complex. I don't know much at all about commercial real estate but I know that it is a whole new beast. Any recommendations on great books to get my learning started!?
