Hi Bigger Pockets world, I am looking to close on a deal in Kansas City, KS however, in order to be competitive with the other local offers, we are offering a very short due diligence period of 8 days, does anyone have a recommendation for someone in that area that can do this. It's a 10 unit building, thanks in advance!
