Short term tenant. Advice
I have a rental available August 1st. I have someone interested and qualified to rent, but they probably will only need it for about 60 days. I usually require a 2 year lease. Would you even bother with this? He is willing to pay more for the property for the inconvenience. Normally the house rents for $600. Anyone done this before?
