Pitbull in house next door?

I am putting in another offer. I was down there measuring the exterior of the house when I heard barking. The pitbull is in the yard next door, jumping up and down in the yard. You could just see it's head at fence level (it's the neighbor's fence). The houses run up really close together.

Would this cause you to back out? I don't know how much of an issue this would be with tenants (scaring them off?).

in this case the property line is where you stick your arm over that fence!
