Renting a SFH With Bedrooms Accessing Bedrooms

Currently I am looking at a 4/1 SFH (Low Income Housing/Section_8 Rentals) where the bedrooms are all accessed from one after the other. Has anyone dealt with this and what do tenants think. Doe this deter renters?
