Hi,

We currently have quite a few single family homes in Spring & Tomball area (north of Houston) in Texas, and haven't been happy with the property manager we've been using.  I'm looking for a new property manager, can someone please recommend some good ones you've had good experiences with?

Thank you!

Ivan

Hey @Ivan Lai , the rental markets in Spring and Tomball are awesome!  I self-manage my properties but I asked around for you and the highest recommended company was http://www.terraresidential.com/.  One of my contacts said they "highly recommend them", so I feel good about sharing them with you.

Congrats on your portfolio, I hope they are working out well for you.
