SFR insurance costs in North Texas, how much are you paying?

Hi guys, I get the feeling I'm getting gouged. I have 10 SFR's in Grayson county, an hour north of Dallas. Values on the houses range from 50k-70k. Currently I'm paying 800-900 dollars a year per house in insurance. I went to pay premiums yesterday on 4 or 5 houses and all the premiums payments for the quarter had gone up 10 bucks or more, without notice.

I'm currently insured through Columbia Lloyds.   Who do you have that is a better bargain?

You should shop around, that sounds high to me. I have 3 SFRs,  Mesquite, Princeton and Sherman, all valued  $110k- $125k,  and the premiums are $800-$975. I am currently with Allstate.
