Looking for good, reliable property management in Euclid, OH

I have four properties in Euclid and have been using a management company out of Lorain.  They just don't stay on top of the tenants regarding water bills, which I have to pay and then get reimbursed, or with getting a nonpaying tenant out of the property quickly enough.  I am in California so I have not been out to Cleveland to shop around for property managers. 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!  Thanks in advance.
