Hard time renting in Tampa

Hello Folks, I am trying to rent a SFR, 3BR, @1900 in New Tampa Live Oaks neighborhood. I am doing it remote via a property manager and having a hard time finding prospects. I bought this via a short sale so could not time it plus the hurricane threw some uncertainty as well. Any advice on how to handle this situation? The ad is published to multiple listing services including Craigslist but so far no good leads. Any advice is appreciated. I am going to reduce the rent to see what it attracts. Thanks in advance! Thanks Chetan P.
