Hurricane Irma Preparedness
Does anyone have any advice on what they do and tell their tenants prior to a hurricane. I already sent them an email to
- Have supplies on hand
- Make sure their renter's insurance is up to date
- Install hurricane shutters
Is there anything else landlords should to to assist their tenants (or help them make smart decisions regarding the hurricane)?

Terry,
From an insurance standpoint, they should do a photo inventory of their belongings and store that off site (email their agent). They should also store their agents & companies claim numbers as well as their policy number(s) on their phone and print it out.
