I need some opinions I bought a brand new home in okc/mustang , Oklahoma. I have had a few tell me to sell it before you rent it not to rent out a new home and I've also had people tell me do it and move on to the next one less things likely to go wrong with a new house far as expenses go. Mortgage is 947.00 rents in this area are 1250-1300
