Can I add this to the lease agreement with my tenant?

I'm about to renew a lease agreement with my tenant for one of my properties and I would like to include the information below.

  1. In case of a hurricane warning tenant must put hurricane panels (we have panels at the property);
  2. The tenant should change AC filters every month and drain AC pan as needed.

Please let me know if it's okay to add this information or not.
