Hi there everyone, im in the process of leasing my unit out to a great tenant for 3 years with an option to purchase.

My unit is located in Chicago and i am looking forward to hiring a highly recommended local attorney to help me with the composition of a lease agreement with option to buy.

In addition, has anyone cleared the biggerpockets lease agreement, found in the book bonus, with an attorney for use in the chicagoland area?

Thank you in advance
