Arm force tenant breaking a lease

I have an active Air Force tenant.  His lease end the end of Aug.  today is July 28.  He just notified me this morning :

Good morning Brandy, I just got notice this morning from my supervisor that I'm able to take my terminal leave to get out the Air Force starting august 2. Which means I'm out the Air Force next week and heading home to find a job and home.

I was wondering how will this process work, because I have to leave promptly on Wednesday to start getting things together back home.

My response:

Good morning Adonis, just want u 2 know I have received ur text

I will get back with u about this soon

How do I handle this?   The property is in Colorado Springs

Thank you
