Online Rental Application w Credit/Background/Eviction
Does anyone use an online application for your rentals?
I'm looking to streamline my application process and would like to move it ALL online to include the application part. All in one application, credit, background AND eviction is my dream suite.
If you have a service that does this:
What is the cost?
Can you customize the application?

We also wanted to be able to do this and have started using a cloud program called Rentalutions.
We did a lot of research on the different options available and ultimately decided on them because we can do everything online:
- List the property for rent, manage applications, do credit + background + eviction checks ($45 to applicant if you choose all 3- you can choose each one or all of them), digital lease, payments and maintenance requests all through the system.
You can't customise the application form but it ticks all the boxes as far as info goes. You can customise the lease though.
So far it has definitely made the whole process easier, takes a little learning for some things but overall definitely will stick with them. They are quick to respond to help tickets for any questions or issues you may run into, and they also help the applicants/renters directly with any issues they may have using the software.
