Looking for a good New Jersey lease

Hi all, I recently invested in a multi family in New Jersey and I'm looking for a good lease that's legal in New Jersey. I personally like very much the lease that @brandonturner provides in his management book, which is a great book and I highly recommend it, but I don't know if it's legal in New Jersey. So I'd like to know if anyone has a good lease and is willing to share it with me? Thanks You

@Sol G. , there is a standard lease in NJ, as well as a standard lease application. They are not required, but there is a standard. PM me and I will send you a blank copy.
