looking for a lease for New Jersey

Hi all, I've been hanging around on bigger pockets for a while and I must say that this place is truly amazing, especially to see how helpful people are here. So I signed up now to become part of this big thing to be a able to offer my assistance, and to discuss things with the experienced people over here. I recently invested in a multifamily in New Jersey, and I'm looking for a good lease that's legal in the state of New Jersey. I love the lease that @Brandon Turner has in his property management book, (which is really a great book), but I dont know if everything is legal over here. So, if anyone has a good lease and would like to share it with me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank You
