Renting out to Military Recruiter

Hello, I have a possible tenant who is interested in my rental house, he is being relocated to this area , and he is a military recruiter. would you rent a house to the military personal? I know if they are being moved, they can just break the lease with no consequences.... and no notice, I dont want to be left dry like that.

Any experience?

thank you!!

Military tenants are some of the best you could ask for. When drawing up the lease feel free to ask how long he's stationed in the area and if he wouldn't mind giving you a heads up if his orders change so you can prepare. Maybe offer a $50-$100 incentive or rebate. Someone will be replacing him at one point so maybe you can KEEP recruiters in your unit.
