How to split the sewer bill with tenant.
So the sewer bill only comes as ONE bill. They will not split it, and it would be on me to handle it with the tenant if I choose to make them pay for their half.
How can I go about this? I'm in Columbia, SC Richland county.
I want to do it professionally and organized, not just by going over and knocking on the door like "hEy, I nEed thaT halF!" Lol. Please help. Thanks
