Leasing / renting space How to reply to multiple emails

I'm a landlord/investor/PM. We have a couple rental listings and I'd like to just respond to all our email inquiries with the same response and respond to all the emails at once, from different prospective renters.

Does anyone know of a way to respond to dozens of emails with the same generic response?

I'm really trying to streamline my leasing system and make it more automated.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I use FollowUpBoss. Not free but it helps us manage the ~30 leads we get a day (almost 1000/month)

In the past I'd use an XLS to manage leads and send updates via cut-and-past of all emails into a big BCC
