Hello experts. Quick question. What is a realistic and reasonable cash on cash return rate? Thanks for your feedback.

@Carlos Alger

It really depends upon asset class and strategy. I invest in Kansas City small MF BRRRRs and get 25-infinite cash on cash after I refi. I also invest in apartment syndication deals in LA. The cash on cash is very low but the ROI is very high (15-19 IRR). So it really depends and cash on cash is not the only metric to look at.
