Property Management Software recommendation. 5 - 50 units

I am looking to use property management software to manage my rental properties. I am new investor and only have 5 units but want something that will support up to 50 or so units. The following are items I need from the software.

1. Ease of use

2. Ability to collect rent through ach withdrawl. Reporting that will display items such as deliquency, late fees, etc. 

3. Tenant screening capability

4. Ability to effectively list properties.

5. Task tracking with multiple users. Example: I setup an appointment with electrician and I can share task with my business partner to follow up with them.

6. Expense tracking

6. tenant portal that allows them to submit repair requests.

Are there any additional items or features I should be looking for?

I have heard good things about Buildium and Tenant Cloud. Any other recommendations?
