Maintenance Budget for A/B/C class neighborhoods
For the experienced investors out there what are you budgeting for maintenance. What I mean by maintenance is when the tenant clogs the toilet, door knob loose, etc. This is not replacing cabinets, flooring, etc. My thought is it depends on the type of tenant you would get in the area.
A-class neighborhood = $/m
B-class neighborhood = $$/m
C-class neighborhood = $$$/m
Currently I set aside $1,000 year for B-class SFH 3 bed, 2 bath.
Thoughts? Thanks!
